目的探讨血液透析中失衡综合症的护理.方法32例尿毒症患者通过健康教育宣教,采取相应的护理措施.结果32例患者均未出现失衡综合症.结论充分做好尿毒症患者透析前的准备工作,采取必要的护理措施是可以预防血液透析中失衡综合症的发生.

Objective To explore the nursing disequilibrium syndrome in hemodialysis. Methods Of imbalance syndrome in hemodialysis in 32 patients with uremia patients through the health education, nursing measures. Results 32 patients were not imbalance syndrome. Conclusion Sufficient preparation before dialysis in uremic patients, to take measures necessary is can prevent the happening of imbalance syndrome in hemodialysis.
