目的:探讨腋下入路治疗气胸的可行性.方法:选取本院气胸患者60例,腋下入路30例为治疗组,对照组为传统方法经锁骨中线方法30例,对比两组手术时间,术后肺复张情况,有无合并皮下气肿,疼痛评分,胸管有无脱出,合并血管、神经损伤情况.结果:两组均无脱管发生,皮下气肿发生率均较低,且均为少量皮下气肿,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组较对照组疼痛减轻,手术时间缩短,治疗组29例安全出院,1例死亡;对照组全部安全出院.无血管损伤、上肢麻木,与对照组比较经腋下入路更易于术后护理.结论:经腋下入路行胸腔闭式引流安全、可靠,手术时间更为缩短,疼痛不加重,易于护理,值得推广.
목적:탐토액하입로치료기흉적가행성.방법:선취본원기흉환자60례,액하입로30례위치료조,대조조위전통방법경쇄골중선방법30례,대비량조수술시간,술후폐복장정황,유무합병피하기종,동통평분,흉관유무탈출,합병혈관、신경손상정황.결과:량조균무탈관발생,피하기종발생솔균교저,차균위소량피하기종,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05).치료조교대조조동통감경,수술시간축단,치료조29례안전출원,1례사망;대조조전부안전출원.무혈관손상、상지마목,여대조조비교경액하입로경역우술후호리.결론:경액하입로행흉강폐식인류안전、가고,수술시간경위축단,동통불가중,역우호리,치득추엄.
Objective:To study the treatment under way of armpit the feasibility of pneumothorax.Method:The patients with our pneumothorax 60 cases,under your arm into the road for 30 cases in treatment group and control group for the centre line method of clavicle 30 cases,by comparing the operation time,postoperative lung after a situation,whether with subcutaneous emphysema,pain score,chest tube for emergence,merger,nerve damage blood vessels.Result:Treatment group 1 cases of chronic pulmonary tuberculosis pleural adhesions space,2 times do chest closed drainage recovered,the remaining 29 patients are under the chest for closed drainage success,no blood vessel damage,upper limbs numb,no to take off the tube,relative to the line more easily into the way of clavicle postoperative nursing,there is pain,the operation time is shortened,reduce trauma.Conclusion:The alar into the way of armpit closed drainage safe,reliable,operation time more shorten,pain not worse,easy to care but also is worthy to be popularized.
