目的:探讨心理护理对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁焦虑的影响.方法:将80例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加心理护理.观察两组焦虑、抑郁的得分的变化.结果:观察组SAS、SDS的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:心理护理可改善恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁程度.
목적:탐토심리호리대악성종류환자억욱초필적영향.방법:장80례악성종류환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조40례,대조조채취상규호리,관찰조재상규호리적기출상증가심리호리.관찰량조초필、억욱적득분적변화.결과:관찰조SAS、SDS적평분명현저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:심리호리가개선악성종류환자적초필、억욱정도.
Objective:To investigate the psychological care on depression and anxiety for patients with malignant tumors. Method:80 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and 40 cases in each group. The control group took routine care, and the observation group on the basis of the usual care received psychological care. To observe anxiety,depression score change of the two groups. Result:The observation group’s SAS ,SDS score was significantly lower than the control group’s(P<0.05). Conclusion:Psychological care can improve the anxiety and depression of the patients with malignant tumors.
