目的:研究烟花爆竹导致的眼外伤的临床特点及眼外伤的流行病学的规律,进而研究烟花爆竹爆炸的危险性,并且有针对性的对此类危险进行预防和治疗.方法:选择2009-2011年本科室收治的192例由于烟花爆竹爆炸,眼部意外受伤的患者,对其资料进行回顾性分析.结果:对其进行早期的处理后可以发现,患者的预后诊治情况良好.患者的以角膜损伤为主,并发症主要有虹膜前或后粘连、瞳孔变形散大、角膜白班等.结论:烟花爆竹爆炸造成了眼外伤是春节期间的常见眼外伤,加强对其的预防和治疗,对于保证人们在春节期间的眼部健康有重要意义.

Objective:To explore the clinical features of ocular trauma and the law of the epidemiology of ocular trauma study the fireworks caused,led him to study the risk of explosion of fireworks,and has targeted the prevention and treatment of such dangerous.
