目的:探讨辛伐他汀与文迪雅联合治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床效果.方法:收集2010年2月-2011年2月于本院治疗的216例颈动脉粥样硬化症患者的临床资料,根据疗法区分为文迪雅联合辛伐他汀治疗实验组130例及常规治疗对照组86例.分析两组治疗后的实验室检查指标变化,如C反应蛋白、血脂水平及血浆纤维蛋白原(Fib)及超声指标等.结果:两组患者血脂指标均获得改善(P<0.05);实验组的收缩压、CRP及Fib较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组干预后脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、踝臂指数(ABI)、内膜原-中层厚度(IMT)等超声指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:文迪雅联合辛伐他汀治疗颈动脉粥样硬化可纠正患者的脂代谢紊乱,改善凝血指标,改善IMT及C反应蛋白水平,从而起到治疗动脉粥样硬化的作用.
목적:탐토신벌타정여문적아연합치료경동맥죽양경화적림상효과.방법:수집2010년2월-2011년2월우본원치료적216례경동맥죽양경화증환자적림상자료,근거요법구분위문적아연합신벌타정치료실험조130례급상규치료대조조86례.분석량조치료후적실험실검사지표변화,여C반응단백、혈지수평급혈장섬유단백원(Fib)급초성지표등.결과:량조환자혈지지표균획득개선(P<0.05);실험조적수축압、CRP급Fib교대조조현저하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);차실험조간예후맥박파전도속도(PWV)、과비지수(ABI)、내막원-중층후도(IMT)등초성지표명현우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:문적아연합신벌타정치료경동맥죽양경화가규정환자적지대사문란,개선응혈지표,개선IMT급C반응단백수평,종이기도치료동맥죽양경화적작용.
Objective:To investigate the effect of simvastatin combing with avandia in treatment of carotid artery atherosclerosis.Method:Collecting 216 cases of carotid artery atherosclerosis sclerosis patients clinical data during February 2010-February 2011,according to the therapy they were divided into avandia joint simvastatin therapy group with 130 cases and 86 patients in the conventional therapy. Analyzed the two groups after treatment of laboratory indicators such as c-reactive protein,lipid levels and plasma fibrinogen(Fib)and ultrasonic index,etc.Result:Both of the two groups of patients improved blood lipid indexes(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,CRP and Fib of therapy group saw a significant fall compared with the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).And after the intervention,pulse wave velocity(PWV)conduction,ankle arm index(ABI), endometrial original-middle thickness(IMT)and ultrasonic index were obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion:Avandia combing with simvastatin in treatment for carotid atherosclerosis can correct lipid metabolism disorder,improve blood coagulation index,improve IMT and C-reactive protein level,and play a role in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
