目的:对孕妇进行超声检查,分析超声检查对早期宫外孕的诊断价值.方法:采用回顾性分析方法将2010年3月-2012年3月于本院进行检查的85例疑似宫外孕患者视为观察对象,对患者进行腹部超声及阴道超声检查,观察超声图像检查结果,并与临床病理比较.结果:85例患者中经超声检查诊断为早期宫外孕的有46例,临床病理确诊44例,1例漏诊,1例误诊,诊断敏感度达到95.7%,漏诊率和误诊率都为2.2%(1/46),超声诊断敏感度与病理诊断差异无统计学意义.其他39例非宫外孕患者中10例黄体破裂,14例急性阑尾炎,9例流产,急性输卵管炎6例.结论:对于宫外孕的早期诊断,超声检查具有很高的敏感度,其为患者的及时治疗提高了参考,具有重要的临床应用价值.

Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Method:Aretrospective analysis of 2010 March to March 2012 in our hospital were performed in 85 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy patients as the observation object,abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound examination on the patients,to observe the inspection results of ultrasonic images,and compared with clinical pathology.Result:Among the 85 patients diagnosed by ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy 46 cases,44 cases diagnosed by pathology,1 cases of missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis in 1 cases,the sensitivity reached 95.7%,the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate was 2.2%(1/46),ultrasound diagnostic sensitivity and pathological diagnosis had no significant difference,statistical significance. The other 39 patients without ectopic pregnancy 10 cases with corpus luteum rupture,14 cases of acute appendicitis,9 cases of abortion,6 cases of acute oviduct phlogistic.Conclusion:For the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, ultrasonography has a high sensitivity,which improves the reference for the timely treatment of patients,which has important value in clinical application.
