目的利用超声探讨健康成年新西兰兔下腔静脉内径及血流频谱随呼吸的变化规律.材料与方法健康成年新西兰兔24只,利用二维超声、M型超声、彩色多普勒超声及频谱多普勒超声显示并测量兔下腔静脉内径及血流频谱,同步连接呼吸曲线及心电图,分析下腔静脉内径及血流频谱的峰值速度在呼气相与吸气相之间的差异.结果经剑突下斜切可获得较理想的新西兰兔下腔静脉的二维超声、M型超声、彩色及频谱多普勒图像.下腔静脉吸气相内径为(0.127±0.048)cm,显著小于呼气相内径(0.282±0.073)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=―23.462, P<0.001);频谱多普勒显示吸气相S波、D波血流峰值速度较呼气相增高(t=3.611、3.230, P<0.05);吸气相AR波血流峰值速度与呼气相无显著差异(t=1.399, P>0.05).结论超声检测新西兰兔下腔静脉可获得理想的二维、M型、彩色多普勒及频谱多普勒超声图像.新西兰兔下腔静脉随呼吸的变化规律表现为吸气相内径小于呼气相,吸气相离心波血流的峰值速度高于呼气相.

Purpose To study the changes of the diameter and the flow spectra of inferior vena cava (IVC) along with the respiration in healthy adult New Zealand rabbits by echocardiography. Materials and Methods The diameter and flow velocities of IVC were displayed by two-dimensional, M-mode, color and spectral Doppler echocardiography in 24 healthy New Zealand rabbits. The respiration curve and ECG were recorded simultaneously to analyze the differences of flow spectra and diameter between the inspiration phase and the respiration phase. Results The IVC images of two-dimensional, M-mode, color and spectral Doppler could be obtained satisfactorily on oblique subxiphoid sections. The diameter of IVC in the inspiration phase (0.127±0.048) cm was significantly smaller than that in the expiration phase (0.282±0.073) cm (t=-23.462, P<0.001). The flow velocities of the S and D waves were higher during inspiration phase than that during expiration (t=3.611, 3.230, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in AR between the inspiration phase and the expiration phase (t=1.399, P>0.05). Conclusion The IVC images of two-dimensional, M-mode, color and spectral Doppler can be obtained satisfactorily in healthy adult New Zealand rabbits. The diameter and flow spectra of IVC varies with the respiratory cycle. In the inspiration phase, the diameter of IVC is smaller, and the flow velocities of the S and D waves are higher.
