@@@@Objective:To study the correlative analysis of H. pylori and reflux esophagitis. Method:A total of 150 patients with reflux esophagitis were enrolled into this study in our hospital between Feb, 2011 and Apr, 2012 as observation group. And a total of 150 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were also enrolled into this study as control group. The positive rates of H. pylori in the two groups were compared and analyzed. And we also conducted correlative analysis of H. pylori and reflux esophagitis in this study. Results:The positive rate of H. pylori was 44.00%and 64.00%, respectively. The incidence rate of moderate and severe reflux esophagitis with no H. pylori infection was higher than that of patients with H. pylori infection (P>0.05). Conclusion:The incidence rate of reflux esophagitis was lower and the degree of reflux esophagitis with H. pylori infection was also lower. The possible reason was that H. pylori has the protective role in the occurrence of reflux esophagitis.
