目的:探讨320排动态容积CT在心律失常患者冠状动脉成像中的应用价值.方法:连续选取37例接受320排动态容积CT检查的心律失常患者,按心率不同分为三组(A组:≤65bpm,B组:66~79bpm,C组:≥80bpm).以优、可、差为分级标准,评价各支冠状动脉的图像质量,分析不同心率组间图像质量的差异.结果:本研究37例共535段冠状动脉纳入评价.总体评价优、可、差的节段数分别为283、226、26个;A组优、可、差的节段数分别为91、37、2段,B组优、可、差的节段数分别为155、70、7段,C组优、可、差的节段数分别为37、119、17段,A,B组间冠状动脉成像质量差异无统计学意义(P=0.625),C组与A、B组间成像质量差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000,P=0.000);A、B组间可评价节段数无统计学差异(P=0.754),C组与A、B组间可评价节段数均有统计学差异(P=0.000,P=0.000);C组可诊断节段数90%.结论:320排动态容积CT对心率失常患者进行冠状动脉成像具有很高的成功率,扩大了冠状动脉CTA的应用范围.降低心率可进一步提高图像质量.

@@@@Objective:To explore the application value of 320-row dynamic volume CT coronary artery imaging in the patients with arrhythmia. Methods:Continuous selecting 37 cases of patients with arrhythmia receiving 320 row dynamic volume CT coronary artery imaging.According to the heart rate, they are divided into three groups (group A:≤65bpm, group B:66~79bpm, Group C:≥80bpm). Grading standards to evaluate the image quality of each coronary angiography are“excel ent, medium,bad”, Which are used to analyse the differences in image quality among the different heart rate groups.Results:In this study, The 37 cases of a total of 535 coronary artery images are fit ing into the evaluation. Totality, the number of“excel ent, medium,bad”segments separately was 283,226,26;In groupA, the number of“excel ent, medium, bad”segments respectively was 91,37,2, In group B, the number of segments were 155,70,7 , In group C, the number of segments was 37,119,17. Between group A and B, the image quality of coronary angiography was no significant difference (P=0.625), Between group C and groupAB, the image quality differences were statistical y significant (P=0.000, P=0.000);Between groupAand B, evaluation of the number of segments was no significant difference (P=0.754),While, Between group C and groupA, B, evaluation of the number of segments were statistical y significant (P=0.000, P=0.000);In group C, the segments which can be diagnosed accounted 90%. Conclusion:320 row dynamic volume CT coronary angiography has a high success rate in patients with abnormal heart rhythms and to expand the scope of application of coronary CTA. Decreased heart rate can be further improved image quality.
