目的:探讨双胎妊娠不同分娩方式及时机对新生儿的影响,以为临床双胎分娩方式的选择及分娩时机提供理论依据.方法:回顾性分析我院2008年7月至2011年7月住院分娩的192例双胎妊娠孕妇的临床资料.结果:双胎发生率为1.10%,早产率为36.00%,经阴道分娩19.00%,阴道助产分娩4.00%,剖宫产手术分娩77.00%.结论:加强双胎妊娠产妇的孕期监护可以减少妊娠并发症及早产的发生,分娩时选择适当的时机和方式可以降低孕妇及新生儿的发病率.
目的:探討雙胎妊娠不同分娩方式及時機對新生兒的影響,以為臨床雙胎分娩方式的選擇及分娩時機提供理論依據.方法:迴顧性分析我院2008年7月至2011年7月住院分娩的192例雙胎妊娠孕婦的臨床資料.結果:雙胎髮生率為1.10%,早產率為36.00%,經陰道分娩19.00%,陰道助產分娩4.00%,剖宮產手術分娩77.00%.結論:加彊雙胎妊娠產婦的孕期鑑護可以減少妊娠併髮癥及早產的髮生,分娩時選擇適噹的時機和方式可以降低孕婦及新生兒的髮病率.

@@@@Objective:To investigate the twin pregnancy, delivery methods and timing of the newborn, and to provide a theoretical basis for the choice of mode of delivery and the timing of delivery of clinical twin. Methods:The retrospective analysis of clinical data for hospital deliveries in the hospital July 2008 to July 2011, 192 cases of twin pregnancy. Results:Twin incidence of 1.10%, the preterm birth rate was 36.00%, vaginal delivery, 19.00%, vaginal assisted deliveries by 4.00%,cesarean section delivery by 77.00%. Conclusion:To strengthen the custody of the twin pregnancy, maternal pregnancy, reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications and preterm delivery, select the appropriate timing of delivery and childbirth in order to reduce the incidence of pregnant women and newborns.
