目的:研究和探索采用右美托咪啶混合舒芬太尼用于治疗腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后PCIA 的临床效果.方法:以我院2011年6月至2012年6月实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic Cholecystctomy, LC)手术患者的81例作为研究对象,患者年龄为37岁至59岁,对患者实施随机分组,每组27例.对第一组采用生理盐水安慰剂镇痛;第二组采用舒芬太尼镇痛;第三组采用右美托咪啶混合舒芬太尼镇痛;在术后4、8、16、24 h对三组患者进行RAMSAY 镇静评分比较和PRINCE-HENRY疼痛评分比较.结果:与第一组比较,二、三组的镇痛效果均十分明显,与第二组比较第三组术后患者右美托咪啶的消耗的舒芬太尼用量有明显减少,患者满意度有所提升.结论:LC后采用右美托咪啶混合舒芬太尼进行自控静脉镇痛,效果好于单独应用舒芬太尼.

@@@@Objective:To study and explore the use of dexmedetomidine mixed sufentanil for the treatment of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy PCIA clinical effect. Method:To my courtyard in 2011 June to 2012 June implementation of LC operation in patients with 81 cases as the research object, the age of the patients was 37 years old to 59 years old, the patients randomly, 27 cases in each group. The first group by using physiological saline as placebo analgesia with sufentanil analgesia;second groups;the third groups using dexmedetomidine mixed sufentanil analgesia;after 4, 8, 16, 24h patients in three groups were RAMSAY sedation score comparison and PRINCE-HENRY pain score comparison. Results:With the first group, two or three groups of analgesic effects are obvious, and the second groups were compared between the third groups of patients after dexmedetomidine consumption sufentanil consumption are significantly reduced, patient satisfaction improved. Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy using dexmedetomidine mixed sufentanil for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia with sufentanil in separate, good effect.
