目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏与甲硝唑棒治疗牙周脓肿治疗效果.方法分析我院牙周脓肿患者临床治疗,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(甲硝唑棒治疗组)30例和观察组(盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗组)30例.结果观察组PLI、GI、PD均优于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义.结论盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗牙周脓肿临床效果明显,预后良好.

@@@@Objective: To approach treatment realize of periodontal abscess by minocycline hydrochloride ointment and metronidazole rod. Method:To analyze periodontal abscess patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into control group(metronidazole rod treatment group)30 cases and detection group(minocycline hydrochloride ointment group)30 cases. Result:The PLI,GI,PD of detection group were better than control group,the clinical treatment of total efficiency of detection group were higher than control group,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion:The clinical result of periodontal abscess by minocycline hydrochloride ointment were obviously and prognosis was good.
