目的:探讨金属烤瓷冠PFM(Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown)直接修复活髓隐裂牙的疗效,以指导口腔临床对活髓隐裂牙的处理.方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月~2010年1月收治入院的80例隐裂牙患者临床资料,将80例100个早期隐裂牙随机分为两组,A组50个患牙采用综合治疗;B组50个患牙直接烤瓷冠修复;A、B两组观察修复2周,1月,6月,12月,24月后急性牙髓炎的发生率.结果:全冠修复2周,B组治愈率为98%;第2组治愈率为92%.全冠修复1年,A、B组治愈率为80.0%、94%.全冠修复2年,A、B组治愈率为74%、94%.结论:烤瓷冠修复治疗早期隐裂牙有利于保存活髓.

목적:탐토금속고자관PFM(Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown)직접수복활수은렬아적료효,이지도구강림상대활수은렬아적처리.방법:회고성분석아원2008년1월~2010년1월수치입원적80례은렬아환자림상자료,장80례100개조기은렬아수궤분위량조,A조50개환아채용종합치료;B조50개환아직접고자관수복;A、B량조관찰수복2주,1월,6월,12월,24월후급성아수염적발생솔.결과:전관수복2주,B조치유솔위98%;제2조치유솔위92%.전관수복1년,A、B조치유솔위80.0%、94%.전관수복2년,A、B조치유솔위74%、94%.결론:고자관수복치료조기은렬아유리우보존활수.
@@@@Objective:To investigate the PFM PFM (Porcelain-fused-to-metal crown) the direct repair a cracked tooth vital pulp efficacy, in order to guide the oral clinical treatment of vital pulp cracked tooth. Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2008~2010 in January admitted to the clinical data of 80 cases of hospitalized patients with cracked teeth, 80 cases of 100 early cracked teeth were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 50 teeth with comprehensive treatment;B group 50 teeth directly porcelain crown repair;A, B group observed repair for two weeks in January, June, December, 24 months after the acute pulpitis incidence. Results:Full crown two weeks, the B group, the cure rate was 98%;cure rate was 92%in the second group. Full crown of 1 year, the A and B group, the cure rate was 80.0%, 94%. 2 years full crown, A, B group, the cure rate was 74%, 94%. Conclusion:Porcelain crown treatment of early cracked teeth favor the preservation of vital pulp.
