目的:评价微创胸腔引流的疗效与安全性.方法:60例外伤性胸膜腔积血(血胸)患者随机分为两组,微创胸腔引流组30例(A组),传统胸腔闭式引流组30例(B组).比较两组疗效及手术情况.结果:两组在一般情况、有效率差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但两组手术切口长度、术中术后疼痛差异有显著意义,微创胸腔引流组优于传统胸腔闭式引流组(P<0.05).结论:微创胸腔引流治疗外伤性血胸安全可靠,较传统胸腔闭式引流创伤小.
목적:평개미창흉강인류적료효여안전성.방법:60예외상성흉막강적혈(혈흉)환자수궤분위량조,미창흉강인류조30례(A조),전통흉강폐식인류조30례(B조).비교량조료효급수술정황.결과:량조재일반정황、유효솔차이무현저의의(P>0.05),단량조수술절구장도、술중술후동통차이유현저의의,미창흉강인류조우우전통흉강폐식인류조(P<0.05).결론:미창흉강인류치료외상성혈흉안전가고,교전통흉강폐식인류창상소.
@@@@Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of minimally invasive thoracic drainage in treatment of traumatic hemothotax.Methods:60 patients with traumatic hemothotax were randomly enrolled to minimally invasive thoracic drainage,group(n=30) or conventional thoracic closed drainage(n=30).comparing curative effect, surgical incision size and pain score between two groups. Results:Operations were successed in all patients.The curative effect was similar without obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision size and pain score were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using minimally invasive thoracic drainage to treat traumatic hemothotax is safe.It has little damage.
