目的:探讨原发肝癌切除术后,不同治疗模式对术后复发患者累计生存率的影响.方法:回顾性分析64例行肝癌根治性切除术后复发患者的临床资料,比较不同的治疗模式对患者预后的影响.结果:手术再切除1、2、3年累计生存率最高,分别为83.6%、56.5%、48.3%;保守治疗组累计生存率最低,6例患者无1例存活超过1年,中位生存期8.2个月.结论:肝癌根治性切除术后复发,通过不同治疗模式,均不同程度改善患者预后.

목적:탐토원발간암절제술후,불동치료모식대술후복발환자루계생존솔적영향.방법:회고성분석64례행간암근치성절제술후복발환자적림상자료,비교불동적치료모식대환자예후적영향.결과:수술재절제1、2、3년루계생존솔최고,분별위83.6%、56.5%、48.3%;보수치료조루계생존솔최저,6례환자무1례존활초과1년,중위생존기8.2개월.결론:간암근치성절제술후복발,통과불동치료모식,균불동정도개선환자예후.
