目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗肺结核合并呼吸衰竭的临床分析.方法:选取我院2007年1月~2011年12月期间收治的68例肺结核并发呼吸衰竭病例进行回顾性分析.其中应用无创呼吸机治疗肺结核合并呼吸衰竭的患者为36例,作为观察组;进行普通治疗的患者为32例,作为对照组.结果:观察组中好转25例,死亡3例,自行出院19例.自行出院19例中3例在1个月内死亡.对照组中好转12例,死亡6例,自行出院8例.自行出院8例中4例在1个月内死亡.结论:无创呼吸机治疗肺结核合并呼吸衰竭可以获得比较好的疗效,见效快、副作用少,值得在临床上推广应用.

목적:탐토무창호흡궤치료폐결핵합병호흡쇠갈적림상분석.방법:선취아원2007년1월~2011년12월기간수치적68례폐결핵병발호흡쇠갈병례진행회고성분석.기중응용무창호흡궤치료폐결핵합병호흡쇠갈적환자위36례,작위관찰조;진행보통치료적환자위32례,작위대조조.결과:관찰조중호전25례,사망3례,자행출원19례.자행출원19례중3례재1개월내사망.대조조중호전12례,사망6례,자행출원8례.자행출원8례중4례재1개월내사망.결론:무창호흡궤치료폐결핵합병호흡쇠갈가이획득비교호적료효,견효쾌、부작용소,치득재림상상추엄응용.
@@@@Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of the invasive ventilator treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis respiratory failure.Methods:Select the 68 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with respiratory failure cases admitted to hospital January 2007 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Which the application of non-invasive ventilator treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with respiratory failure in 36 cases,as the observation group;ordinary treatment of patients with 32 cases as control group. Results:The observation group,improved in 25 cases,3 died,19 cases of self-discharged.Self-discharged from hospital 19 cases,3 cases of death within a month.Control group improved in 12 cases,6 deaths,8 cases of self-discharged.Self-discharged eight cases,four cases of death within a month.Conclusion:Tuberculosis complicated by respiratory failure patients are generally in serious condition,low cure rates and high mortality.Tuberculosis should be early diagnosis and timely treatment,complicated by respiratory failure,non-invasive ventilation in the treatment should be taken as soon as possible to correct respiratory failure and improve the treatment success rate.
