目的:探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合常规治疗对脑卒中患者血液流变学的影响.方法:将我院2010年12月至2011年5月收治的100例脑卒中的患者按照治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用脑卒中常规疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用丹参注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及血液流变学的变化.结果:两组患者均无恶化和死亡病例出现,治疗组的总有效率为72.0%显著高于对照组的52.0%(P<0.05).观察组的全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度以及红细胞压积改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合常规治疗能显著提高脑卒中患者的治疗效果,可能与其减低患者的血液粘度,增加脑部血液供应有关.

@@@@Objective:To study the effects of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with conventional treatment in patients with cerebral apoplexy and blood rheology. Methods: 100 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in our courtyard from 2010 December to 2011 May were divided into the treat group and the control group according to different treatments. The control group were used the conventional stroke therapy, and the treatment group were used the treatment of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection. Comparing the two groups of the treatment and changes of blood rheology. Results:There were no deterionration and death cases in two groups, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 72% better than the control group 52% (P<0.05). The observation group in the whole blood viscosity, blood viscosity and hematocrit improves significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection combined with routine therapy can significantly improve the treatment of stroke patients, which may be about to reduce the risk of patients blood viscosity and increase the blood supply to the brain.
