目的:观察放射性131碘在甲状腺功能亢进治疗中的临床效果及安全性.方法:选取80例甲状腺功能亢进患者并随机分为两组,40例患者作为观察组采用放射性131碘治疗,40例患者采用ATD治疗作为对照组,嘱两组患者在治疗期间每3个月或半年来我院进行复诊,并随访患者2年,观察两组患者临床疗效及甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)发生率.结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.50%,对照组为70.00%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.观察组8(20.00%)发生甲减,对照组3例(7.50%)发生甲减,观察组高于对照组,但差异不具有统计学意义.结论:采用放射性131碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进,疗效显著,未明显增加甲减发生率,可作为甲状腺功能亢进治疗的一种理想选择.

@@@@Objective:To observe the radioactive iodine131 in the treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical efficacy and safety of.Methods:80 cases of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients with radioactive iodine131 treatment as the observation group,40 patients with ATD treatment as the control group,has asked two groups of patients during treatment every three months or six months to referral to our hospital and patients were followed up for 2 years,patients were observed clinical efficacy and hypothyroidism incidence.Results:The patients treatment of the total effective rate was 92.50%,70.00%in the control group,significantly higher than that of the observation group,a statistically significant difference.Observed eight cases (20.00%),hypothyroidism,and the control group,3 cases (7.50%) hypothyroidism,the observation group was higher,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The use of radioactive iodine131 treatment of hyperthyroidism,a significant effect,no obvious increase in hypothyroidism incidence may be as hyperthyroidism treatment an ideal choice.
