目的:研究不同喂养方式对早产儿出院后生长发育的影响.方法:对早产儿出院后喂养方式分三组,I组是给惠氏公司生产的早产儿出院后配方奶粉(6~9个月);II组是母乳喂养;II组给予惠氏足月配方奶粉;每组病例40例,分别观察早产儿在生后3个月,6个月,9个月,12个月的身高,体重,血红蛋白,骨碱性磷酸酶.观察早产儿各指标何时追赶上同月龄的足月儿.并进行统计学分析.结果:应用早产儿出院后配方奶与母乳喂养及足月配方奶粉对身高体重的增长速度有显著差异,而骨碱性磷酸酶无显著差异.结论:在早产儿出院后为追赶生长发育,早产儿出院后奶粉更有利于早产儿生长发育的需要.

목적:연구불동위양방식대조산인출원후생장발육적영향.방법:대조산인출원후위양방식분삼조,I조시급혜씨공사생산적조산인출원후배방내분(6~9개월);II조시모유위양;II조급여혜씨족월배방내분;매조병례40례,분별관찰조산인재생후3개월,6개월,9개월,12개월적신고,체중,혈홍단백,골감성린산매.관찰조산인각지표하시추간상동월령적족월인.병진행통계학분석.결과:응용조산인출원후배방내여모유위양급족월배방내분대신고체중적증장속도유현저차이,이골감성린산매무현저차이.결론:재조산인출원후위추간생장발육,조산인출원후내분경유리우조산인생장발육적수요.
@@@@Objective:Of different feeding premature child growth and development of post-discharge. Methods:After discharge for feeding preterm children divided into three groups, I group is for the production of premature children Wyeth formula after hospital discharge (4~6months);II group was breast-feeding;II were given full-term formula Wyeth;each cases, 40 cases were observed in preterm children in the age of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, height, weight, hemoglobin, bone alkaline phosphates and height. When observed in preterm children to catch up on each index term with the month-old child. And statistical analysis. Results:Application of post-discharge preterm children and full-term formula milk and breast-feeding formula growth rate of height and weight were significantly different, but no significant difference in bone alkaline phosphates. Conclusion:After discharge in preterm children to catch up with growth and development of children after discharge preterm formula is more conducive to growth and development of premature children's needs.
