恶性脑胶质瘤发生发展同酪氨酸蛋白激酶(receptor tyrosine kinases,RTK)受体EphA2及其配体ephrinA1的表达功能与肿瘤细胞中的信号转导密切相关,EphA2和ephrinA1的表达受肿瘤细胞种类和微环境的影响,进而诱导肿瘤细胞及相关细胞信号转导,产生相应的生物学行为.EphA2、ephrinA1系统有望成为恶性脑胶质瘤药物治疗的新靶点.

The functions and roles of EphA2 receptor and ephrinA1 ligand in different cell types are correlated with the development and maintenance of gliomas. Moreover, their functions in tumorigenesis and tumor progression are complex and dependent on the type and microenvironment of tumor cells. These variables affect the expression of EphA2 and ephrinA1 proteins, the pathways through which they induce cell signaling transduction, and the corresponding consequences of that signaling on biological behaviors. The function of the EphA2 and ephrinA1 system is expected to be the new target of medicinal treatment for cerebral gliomas.
