通过对某大型综合性医院的超长住院现状进行分析,探讨应通过引导科室和患者都要认识到缩短平均住院日是减少住院费用的重要手段,加大社区医院的建设力度,加强易发生纠纷的科室管理,建立住院费用预警机制等举措进一步降低患者的住院费用,减少欠费现象的发生,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益.

Prolonged hospital stay status quo in a large general hospital is analyzed. Measures include shortening average length of stay, strengthening community health institutes construction, enhancing department management which is easy to occur medical dispute, establishing early warning mechanism to reduce arrears are discussed to promote hospital social benefit and economic benefit.
