通过地面旋转平台获得沿管径向的载荷,研究了水平管中蒸汽凝结特性.通过调节转台转速、冷却水流速和温度、蒸汽进口压力等参数,得到了静止和旋转两种状态下管中蒸汽凝结特性的一些实验数据.通过分析这些数据,获得了动载下管内蒸汽凝结的部分性能.结果表明,过载对于实验管段的进出口压力、凝结传热效果具有重要影响.
通過地麵鏇轉平檯穫得沿管徑嚮的載荷,研究瞭水平管中蒸汽凝結特性.通過調節轉檯轉速、冷卻水流速和溫度、蒸汽進口壓力等參數,得到瞭靜止和鏇轉兩種狀態下管中蒸汽凝結特性的一些實驗數據.通過分析這些數據,穫得瞭動載下管內蒸汽凝結的部分性能.結果錶明,過載對于實驗管段的進齣口壓力、凝結傳熱效果具有重要影響.

A preliminary experimental study was carried out to investigate the flow and heat transfer characteristics of condensed steam flowing in a horizontal pipe under dynamic load generated with a rotational platform. By changing parameters such as rotation speed, inlet temperature and flow rate of cooling water, inlet pressure of steam, some flow and thermodynamic date of steam condensation under both static and rotating states were obtained, and were analyzed. The results show that the dynamic load dramatically influences the condensation process of the steam in a horizontal pipe.
