以气血阴阳俱虚为病因病机,以温肾健脾、养心益肺、补气生血、滋阴回阳为治法而自拟的升压颗粒治疗原发性低血压病120例,并设对照组40例.结果治疗组治愈91例、显效15例、有效10例,总有效率96.7%,与对照组比较有非常显著性的差异(P<0.001).

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shengya granula on treating essential hypotension. Methods:120 patients of essential hypotension were selected as the treated group and given self-made Shengya granula, other 40 patients essential hypotension were selected as the control group. Results:In the treated group, 91 cases were cured, 15 cases were significantly effective, 10 cases were effective, with the total effective rate 96.7%, with significant differences (P<0.001). Conclusion: Shengya granula was significantly effective on treating essential hypotension.
