目的:研究微创穿刺术治疗高血压基底节区血肿的临床效果;方法:据CT片定位应用电钻钻颅穿刺脑内血肿置管,直接清除或血肿腔内注入尿激酶清除脑内血肿;结果:治疗88例,好转81例,死亡5例,植物状态2例.结论:该术式操作简便,能够及时有效地清除血肿,是治疗颅内血肿行之有效的方法.
목적:연구미창천자술치료고혈압기저절구혈종적림상효과;방법:거CT편정위응용전찬찬로천자뇌내혈종치관,직접청제혹혈종강내주입뇨격매청제뇌내혈종;결과:치료88례,호전81례,사망5례,식물상태2례.결론:해술식조작간편,능구급시유효지청제혈종,시치료로내혈종행지유효적방법.
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive centesis on treating hypertensivc basal nuclei hematoncus. Methods: CT sheets was used to locate and use electrodrill to drill through to cure intracerebral hematoma, which was eliminated by removing and treating urokinase through hematoncus cave. Results:Among the treated 88 cases, 81 became better, 5 cases were dead, 2 cases became plant men. Conclusion:The operation was an effective method in healing intracranial hematoma, convenient in operation and effective in removing hematoncus.
