目的:研究 rhEGF 凝胶对兔皮肤Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合的影响.方法:铜棒烫伤法制备兔Ⅲ度烧伤创面,切痂后创面均匀涂抹rhEGF 凝胶,观察创面愈合情况及创面痊愈所需时间.结果:与对照组相比,rhEGF 凝胶组炎症持续时间短暂,创面痊愈所需时间更短(P<0.05).结论:rhEGF 凝胶促进兔Ⅲ度烧伤创面皮肤再生,缩短创面痊愈时间.
목적:연구 rhEGF 응효대토피부Ⅲ도소상창면유합적영향.방법:동봉탕상법제비토Ⅲ도소상창면,절가후창면균균도말rhEGF 응효,관찰창면유합정황급창면전유소수시간.결과:여대조조상비,rhEGF 응효조염증지속시간단잠,창면전유소수시간경단(P<0.05).결론:rhEGF 응효촉진토Ⅲ도소상창면피부재생,축단창면전유시간.
Objective:To observe the effect of the recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF)gel on skin third degree burn in rabbits.Methods:Preparation of third degree burns in rabbits by copper bar.The rhEGF gel was smeared on the wound after surgical removal of the scar. Results:Compared with the control group,rhEGF gel group of inflammation was short,the time of wound healing was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusions:RhEGF gel could promote rabbit third degree burn wounds regeneration,reduced wound healing time.
