针对混合陶瓷球轴承电主轴,利用三维造型软件ug画出三维实体模型,并导入有限元ANSYS中,建立了有限元力学模型.通过对陶瓷电主轴的振动模态分析,分别得到了主轴的第1-5阶固有频率和振型,并比较分析主轴在刚性支撑和弹性支撑两种条件下的运行状况,为进一步研究陶瓷轴承电主轴动力学分析提供了重要依据.

For the hybrid ceramic ball bearing spindle,the 3d entity model is drew by using three-dimensional modeling software UG.It is imported the finite element of ANSYS.Finite element mechanical model is established.Through the ceramic electric spindle vibration modal analysis,the 1-5 spindle order natural frequency and vibration mode is respectively obtained.And the spindle in the rigid support and elastic support is comparatively analyzed under the condition of two kinds of operation condition.Dynamics analysis provides the important basis for further research on ceramic bearing electric spindle.
