According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, in the coming qualification evaluation of the newly-up-graded universities for undergraduates, emphasis should be put on educational orientation of training “applied talents” , the essence of which is to revise training programs. However, what are the principles to be followed when revising training programs? How is the“nature of application” shown? This paper makes a research in this regard.
