应用型人才是地方性高校办学的核心内容,主导着地方高校的办学特色、办学质量、发展目标,大学文化是构建应用型人才培养体系的重要系统之一,努力构建重实践、重实干、进取、开放、创新的应用型大学文化,是地方性高校党委宣传部的重要职责.近年来,梧州学院党委宣传部围绕培养综合素质好、创业及实践能力强、用人单位适用的应用型人才,进一步创新服务理念,加强应用型人才培养的政策宣传和舆论引导,着力搭建院内外学生实践平台,营造应用型人才脱颖而出的校园文化环境.

The training of applied talents is the core content of education of local universities, which determines the universities’ educational features, teaching quality, and developing goal. Campus culture is an important part of the training system for applied tal-ents. It is an important task for propaganda divisions of the party committees of local universities to create practice-centered, pragmat-ic, creative, open and innovative campus culture. In the present years, in order to help train applied talents with excellent compre-hensive quality, better innovative ability, better practical ability, good adaptation to employment, the Propaganda Division of the Party Committee of Wuzhou University further improves its service concept, strengthens propaganda work of policy and guidance of public opinions, tries every effort to establish a practice platform for the students in the university or outside the university.
