对南方电网提出静态电压稳定分析三种应用方式,即地区电网静态电压稳定分析、交流断面靜稳极限功率计算和低压减载校核计算,并用时域仿真验证校核对了计算结果.第一种方式是最基本应用方式,采用连续潮流方法可得到P-V曲线,从而得到各区域负荷有功功率裕度以及静态电压稳定储备系数,利用模态分析可给出电压薄弱厂站母线.在第二种应用方式中,通过增减交流断面两侧的发电出力,并考虑断面可能的“N-1”“N-2”故障,可以从静态电压稳定计算得到断面的极限功率.对于第三种方式,以玉林地区“N–2”故障为例进行了低压减载策略校核计算,可求取最小切负荷量.

Three kinds of applications are presented for China Southern Power Grid (CSG) in this paper, i.e. analysis of static voltage in local grid, calculation of AC interface maximum transfer power and strategy-checking calculation of undervoltage load shedding, and for these applications the calculation results are verified by time-domain simulation. The first kind is a main application, and in the analysis the P-V curves can be traced by using continuation power flow method, and thus the regional load active power margin and static voltage stability reserve factor can be obtained and the voltage weak buses are detected with modal analysis. In the second kind of application, by regulating the power generation in two sides of the interface and considering N–1/N–2 contingencies on interface, the limit power of the interface can be calculated. As to the third kind, taking the Yulin network with N–2 contingency as an example, the strategy checking calculation of undervoltage load shedding is carried out, resulting in the maximum shedding load.
