针对风速及风机待机功率可能影响配电网可靠性,运用威布尔风速分布模型,计算了各种风速等级出现的概率,据此修正配电网各个元件的可靠性参数,设计算法来分析分布式风机接入和风速对负荷点和系统可靠性指标的影响.计算结果表明,不考虑风速和分布式风机的待机功率时,分布式风机的接入能提高配电网的可靠性.但是综合考虑风速和分布式风机的待机功率时,分布式风机的接入对系统的可靠性改善不大.

As there are possible impacts of the wind speed and the DWT (distributed wind turbine) standby power on the reliability of distributed network, this paper calculates the probability of various grades of wind speed with the Weibull wind speed model, and gives calculation methods for analyzing the impact of integrated distributed wind turbine and wind speed on the reliability of load points and whole system. The results show that the integration of distributed wind turbine can improve the distribution network in its reliability as the wind speed and DWT standby power are not in consideration, but this effect is little as the wind speed and DWT standby power are in consideration.
