对三相非对称输电线路工频参数测量,提出了一种抗高感应干扰电压的新的测量方法.该方法基于感应干扰电压在短时间不变的假设下,通过对三相输电线路施加单相测试电源,建立起了基于干扰感应电压及非对称输电线路工频阻抗参数的数学模型,推导出了各序阻抗及各序耦合阻抗的计算公式,给出了线路不对称程度的定量评价.该方法克服了干扰感应电压及输电线路非对称性对线路工频阻抗测试的影响,具有测试方法简单,测试电源容量小,测试精度高等特点.算例实测及计算结果表明了该方法的有效性.

For the measurement of the power frequency parameters of the three phase asymmetric transmission lines, a new method of anti-high inductive interference voltage is proposed in this paper. Based on the assumption that inductive interference voltage is constant in a short time, and with application of a single-phase test power to the three-phase transmission lines, the mathematical model of the new method is built up. With the model, the calculation formulas for sequence impedance and sequence mutual impedance are deduced and the quantitative evaluation of the line asymmetry is given. The method reduces the influence of high inductive interference voltage greatly on the power frequency impedance measurement of transmission lines, and has features of simple measurement, low capacity of test power, and high precision. The measurement and calculation results of a case show the validity of the proposed method.
