目的对腹腔镜胆囊结石患者术后进行循证护理,观察患者的疼痛改善情况.方法选取我院外科2010年2月至2012年9月胆囊结石手术治疗的患者62例,随机将其分为两组:治疗组与对照组,每组31例.对照组患者采取传统腹腔镜手术术后疼痛护理模式,治疗组患者采取腹腔镜手术术后疼痛护理中的循证护理模式,利用视觉模拟评分法来评估两组患者的疼痛部位、程度及时间.结果治疗组与对照组发生创口疼痛、胆漏的、牵涉痛患者人数均无显著差异(P>0.05),采取循证护理模式的治疗组发生疼痛的持续时间及经过视觉模拟评分后的分数明显少于采取常规术后护理模式的对照组.结论腹腔镜胆囊结石患者术后采取循证护理模式有着显著效果,对患者疼痛状况起到很大改善作用,患者及家属一致认可,值得推广.

Objective To laparoscopic gallbladder calculi patients with evidence-based nursing, postoperative pain in patients was observed. Methods Select our hospital surgery, in February 2010-September 2012 gall bladder calculi surgical treatment of 62 cases of patients, it can be divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and control group, each group of 31 cases. Control group adopts the traditional laparoscopic surgery in patients with postoperative pain nursing mode, the treatment group take the laparoscopic surgery in patients with postoperative pain evidence-based nursing model of care, using visual analogue scoring method to assess pain parts of the two groups of patients, the degree and the time. Results Treatment group and control group, the referred pain of wound pain occurs, bile leakage, and number of patients had no significant difference (P>0.05), take the evidence-based nursing model of the duration of the treatment group in pain, and after a visual analogue scale score is obvious less than routine postoperative nursing mode of the control group. Conclusions Laparoscopic gallbladder calculi patients take evidence-based nursing mode has significant effect, postoperative pain on the patients condition have significant improvement effect, the patient and family to agree, is worth promoting.
