目的观察小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗发作期哮喘的临床疗效.方法将98例支气管哮喘发作期患者随机分为两组,对照组49例患者给予西医治疗,治疗组49例患者在西医治疗的基础上给予小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤加减治疗,治疗7d后观察两组患者的疗效.结果治疗7d后,对照组的总有效率为87.8%,治疗组的总有效率为98%,治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P <0.05).结论在西医的基础上应用小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤加减治疗发作期哮喘具有温阳化肺、止咳平喘之功效,可预防哮喘发作及减轻发作时的症状,对提高患者生活质量具有重要的意义,值得临床广泛应用.

Objective Watch small qinglong decoction combined the third keep close soup clinical efficacy for the treatment of asthma episodes. Conclusion In small qinglong decoction combined western medicine on the basis of the application is supposed to raise pro tonga subtraction treatment asthma episodes have explored the effect of lung, cough and asthma, Can prevent asthma attacks and reduce the onset of symptoms, has the vital significance to improve the patients quality of life, worthy of clinical application widely.
