运用正交设计方法探讨了皮革制品使用环境条件对皮边油低温脆裂的影响,分析了温度、时间、涂层厚度、底基材质、底基硬度等因素的影响原因.结果表明皮革底基试样最容易出现脆裂现象的环境条件为:皮革底基硬、温度-20益、时间2 h、涂层厚度1.2 mm;合成革底基试样最容易出现脆裂现象的环境条件为:温度-30益、时间4 h、合成革底基中等硬度、涂层厚度1.2 mm.

The influence of environmental factors on the cold cracking of leather edge oil was studied by the method of orthogonal experiment. The factors such as temperature, time, coating thickness, substrate material and its hardness were investigated. The results showed that the worst condition to cause cold cracking of leather-base sample was hard leather-base, temperature -20 ℃, time 2h and coating thickness 1.2 mm. But the worst condition to cause cold cracking of synthetic material-base sample was medium hardness synthetic material-base, temperature-30℃, time 4h and coating thickness 1.2 mm.
