as a kind of point load test of rock intensity testing means, with convenient, fast, economic and other characteristics. In this paper a siltstone area to adopt different test method of point load strength test, on different degree of weathering under conditions of anisotropic obvious siltstone is analyzed, and puts forward the analysis conclusions and suggestions on application.
