背景:干细胞移植的不断改进和对传统中医理论认识的不断深入,促进了补肾中药干预干细胞分化的研究.目的:探讨补肾中药在干细胞培养与移植中的干预作用.方法:收集干细胞移植治疗疾病过程加入不同类别单味或复方补肾中药起到的促进干细胞增殖分化、诱导分化的作用等相关研究,进行实验数据分析,应用血清药理学原理评估补肾中药在干细胞培养与移植中的干预作用.结果与结论:加强补肾中药与干细胞的基础研究,在现有新理论基础上,继续深化相关的基础理论研究,使补肾中药与干细胞研究有科学的理论指导,在干细胞增殖、分化及转分化机制研究的基础上,筛选能调节干细胞不同发育阶段的补肾中药.在此初步筛选的基础上,结合临床应用中已经取得的成果,才能有针对性地选定相关的单味或复方补肾中药,研究其对干细胞移植治疗重大疾病的干预作用.

@@@@BACKGROUND: The continuous improvement of stem cel transplantation and understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine theory can strengthen the research regarding the effect of nourishing kidney drugs on the differentiation of stem cel s. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the interventional effect of nourishing kidney drugs on stem cel culture and transplantation. METHODS: The relative studies on different categories of single herb or compound nourishing kidney drugs for the proliferation, differentiation and induction of stem cel s during stem cel transplantation for the treatment of diseases were col ected to analyze the experimental data, and to evaluate the interventional effect of nourishing kidney drugs on the stem cel culture and transplantation based on serum pharmacology. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: According to the basic research on nourishing kidney drugs and stem cel s, and based on the existing new theory, the basic theoretical research was deepened continuously, in order to provide scientific theoretical guidance for the research on nourishing kidney drugs and stem cel s. Based on the researches on the proliferation, differentiation and transdifferentiation mechanism of stem cel s, the nourishing kidney drugs that could regulate stem cel growth were screened out. Then, combined with the achievement obtained from the clinical application, the single herb or compound nourishing kidney drugs were selected targetedly, and the interventional effect of the drugs on stem cel transplantation in the treatment of major diseases was analyzed.
