目的通过观察比较喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在婴儿手术麻醉中的效果,认识喉罩麻醉方法的优点及缺陷.方法将53例手术患儿分成两组,A组为治疗组施行喉罩麻醉,B组为对照组,施行气管插管麻醉.对比分析两种方法的麻醉效果、术后恢复以及术后并发症等情况.结果与气管插管麻醉方式相比,喉罩麻醉简单易行,麻醉效果更好,且患儿术后恢复状况较好.结论喉罩麻醉操作简便,拔管时间和清醒时间较短,是一种良好的婴儿麻醉技术,应该推广应用.但是在临床应用中也要注意其存在的一些缺陷.

Objective anesthesia and endotracheal intubation anesthesia in infant operation of anesthetic effect through observation and comparison of laryngeal mask, advantages and limitations of understanding of laryngeal mask anesthesia.
