目的探讨鼻内窥镜下微波治疗难治性鼻出血的适应证及疗效.方法回顾性分析62例经反复鼻腔填塞止血无效的患者在鼻内窥镜下检查和治疗的临床资料.结果鼻出血部位包括鼻中隔中部出血3例,鼻中隔后部出血21例,下鼻甲后端出血3例,woodruff静脉丛出血9例,中鼻甲后端蝶腭动脉区出血12例,嗅裂区出血10例,鼻咽顶部出血4例.57例1次烧灼治愈,5例2~3次后治愈,随访3个月无复发.结论与传统填塞止血方法相比,鼻内窥镜下微波止血具有定位准确、方法简单、效果好、痛苦小的特点,具有较好的临床应用前景.

Objective To explore the endoscopic microwave in treatment of refractory nasal bleeding indications and curative effect.Methods a retrospective analysis of 62 patients with recurrent nasal packing is invalid in the nasal endoscope examination and treatment of clinical data under the microscope. Results nasal bleeding sites including 3 cases of nasal septum septum posterior central hemorrhage, bleeding in 21 cases, 3 cases of inferior turbinate back-end hemorrhage, Woodruff venous plexus hemorrhage in 9 cases,12 cases of middle turbinate back-end sphenopalatine artery bleeding, 10 cases of hemorrhage in the area of the olfactory cleft bleeding,4 cases of nasopharyngeal top. 57 cases of burn treated 1 times,5cases were cured after2~3times, followed up for 3 months without recurrence. Conclusion compared with traditional packing method, microwave under nasal endoscope hemostasis has the characteristics of accurate positioning, simple method, good effect, less pain, has a better prospect of clinical application.
