目的观察复方倍他米松注射液联合微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效.方法以2008年1月~2012年8月我院耳廓假性囊肿患者103例为研究对象,进行随机分组,治疗组在抽液后局部注射复方倍他米松联合微波照射治疗,对照组仅在抽液后局部注射复方倍他米松.随访6个月,观察两组患者临床疗效的差异性.结果治疗组患者显效24例46.15%、有效28例53.85%、无效0例,总有效率为100.00%.对照组患者显效20例39.22%、有效25例49.02%、无效6例11.76%,总有效率为88.24%;治疗组患者总有效率明显较对照组高,有显著的统计学差异(p<0.05).结论采用复方倍他米松注射液联合微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿,疗效较好,无畸形、感染等并发症,且美容效果较好.

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of compound betamethasone injection local injected in combination with microwaves therapy in the treatment of auricular pseudocysts. Methods 103 patients diagnosed and classified with auricular pseudocysts were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group received compound betamethasone injection in combination with microwaves therapy after the infusion while control group received compound betamethasone injection local injected after the infusion only, following 6 months, to observe the differences of two groups of clinical effect. Results Patients in treatment group 24 cases 46.15% were markedly improved, 28 cases 53.85% were effective, 0 case was invalid, total effective rate was 100.00%. Control group patients 20 cases 39.22% were markedly improved, 25 cases 49.02% were effective, 6 cases 11.76% were invalid , the total effective rate was 88.24%;Treatment group total effectiveness is significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Adopting compound betamethasone injection combined with microwaves therapy treating auricular pseudocysts, the curative effect is better, and no complications such as malformation or infection and so on, and with a better cosmetic effect.
