对铸态(F)Mg-3.08Nd-0.27Zn-0.43Zr(质量分数,%)镁合金进行了固溶处理(T4)及固溶+人工时效(T6).采用光学显微镜研究了 F、T4、T6状态下 Mg-3.08Nd-0.27Zn-0.43Zr 合金的显微组织,采用析氢和失重实验测试合金在模拟体液中的生物腐蚀性能,并且利用扫描电子显微镜观察了腐蚀后合金的表面腐蚀形貌,采用电化学法测试了合金在模拟体液中的循环极化曲线.结果表明:固溶处理及固溶+人工时效处理均有助于提高合金在模拟体液中的生物腐蚀性能,且 Mg-3.08Nd-0.27Zn-0.43Zr 合金在模拟体液中的腐蚀方式为均匀腐蚀.

@@@@The as-cast Mg-3.08Nd-0.27Zn-0.43Zr (mass fraction, %) magnesium alloy (F) was solution treated (T4) and solution treated+aged (T6). The microstructures of the alloy under F, T4 and T6 conditions were observed by optical microscope. The biocorrosion properties of the alloy in simulated body fluid (SBF) were evaluated using hydrogen evolution and mass loss experiments. The corrosion morphologies of the alloy after corrosion were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The cyclic polarization curves of the alloy in SBF were conducted by electrochemical method. The results show that both solution treatment and solution treatment+aging treatment can improve biocorrosion properties of the alloy in SBF. Moreover, the corrosion mode of the Mg-3.08Nd-0.27Zn-0.43Zr alloy in SBF is uniform corrosion.
