从角色冲突的角度讨论高职顶岗实习学生的心理问题.高职顶岗实习学生身份具有双元色彩,要扮演两种角色,按照两套权利义务和行为规范去实施角色行为.在多重社会群体的冲击下,在角色人格与自然人格的冲突中,双元角色的扮演或转换往往伴随着角色冲突的发生.可通过两种途径去解决角色冲突:一是提高角色认识,转换思维模式和行为方式;二是加强角色移情,建立新的情感、态度和观念.

Psychological problem of higher vocational students in field work is discussed in this essay. Higher vo-cational students, with dual identity, have to play two roles in filed work with two sets of rights and obligations and two codes of conduct. Under the impact of multi-social group and in the conflict of character personality and natu-ral personality, dual role play and role conversion always occur accompanied by role conflict. We can solve role conflict in two ways:one is to improve role recognition and switch thinking mode and way of behavior;the other is to strengthen role empathy and correct new emotions, attitudes and ideas.
