本文研究了湿法消解样品,双道原子荧光光度计连续测定生物样品中的砷、硒、汞三种元素,通过实验,优化了检测条件和消解步骤,为检测大量生物样品提供了快捷、简单、准确、灵敏的分析方法.方法检出限?Se?为?0.0645?μg/L、As?为?0.0158?μg/L、Hg?为?0.0014?μg/L,精密度?RSD (n=12)小于?5.75%,各元素的回收率均大于?95.5%,测定国家一级生物成分标准物质,结果与标准值吻合.

Arsenic, selenium and mercury in biological samples were digested wetly and continuous determined by the double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The pretreated method and experimental conditions were optimized.The method is rapid,simple,accurate,sensitive and good reproducibility. The detection limits were 0.0158μg/L for As,0.0645μg/L for Se and 0.0014μg/L for Hg,the precision RSD (n = 12) was less than 5.75%,the recovery of the elements were greater than 95.5%, The determination of national biological ingredients standard material,result in accordance with the standard values.
