目的:探讨切开复位螺丝钉张力带内固定术治疗鸟嘴型跟骨骨折的临床疗效.方法:2010年1月~2011年6月我科收治鸟嘴型跟骨骨折患者5例,均采用切开复位螺丝钉张力带固定术进行治疗,术后随访采用Mary-land评分、Bohler角等进行评价.结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间12~24月.Bohler角术前为-3°~11°(5.4°±3.8°),术后为25°~38°(35°±7.1°),术前术后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).所有患者跟骨长度、宽度均恢复到正常范围.术口均一期愈合,无其他并发症.按Mary-Land足部评分系统评价术后功能,所有患者均为优(90分~100分).结论:切开复位螺丝钉张力带固定术治疗鸟嘴型跟骨骨折临床疗效满意.

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy for the treatment which was using the internal fixation of open reduction and screw tension treated the bird mouth type fracture of calcane-us. Methods:5 patients with the bird mouth type fracture of calcaneus in our department from Janu-ary 2010 to June 2011 were selected in our department. They all were treated by the internal fixa-tion of open reduction and screw tension. The follow-up visit used the Mary-land and Bohler angle and so on to evaluate. Results:All patients were followed up within 12 to 24 months. The Bohler angle at preoperative was-3 °~11 °(5.4 ° ± 3.8 °) while the postoperative was 25°~38 ° (35 ° ± 7.1 °), there was statistical significant difference between preoperative and postoperative (P<0.05). The calcaneus’length and the width of all patients had restored to the normal range, the wound all had healed with primary healing without other complications. Using the Mary-land to evaluate the postoperative function found that all patients were excellent (90 to 100). Conclusions:It is very sat-isfied with the clinical efficacy of the treatment which was using the internal fixation of open reduc-tion and screw tension treated the bird mouth type fracture of calcaneus.
