刘氏小儿推拿疗法与三字经派小儿推拿法治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻存在着许多差异.刘氏小儿推拿疗法是刘开运教授创立的以五行学说的相生相克理论和藏象学说为基础,结合小儿五脏的生理特性和病理特点,以“推五经”为核心内容的推拿疗法.而三字经派小儿推拿疗法是由徐谦光创立,经李德修继承其精华并在此基础上潜心研究,从而奠定了三字经派推拿疗法的基础.其主要特点为取穴少,手法操作简单,每穴操作时间长,临床疗效好.这两种小儿推拿疗法都分别在不同的时间、不同的地域里扮演了重要的角色,但也有很大的差异.为了更加明确刘氏小儿推拿疗法与三字经派小儿推拿法间的差异,以及刘氏小儿推拿疗法的理论精髓,现就此二法治疗小儿脾虚型泄泻的差异来做分析探讨.
