目的:探讨腹部穴位按摩治疗胸腰椎骨折患者便秘腹胀的疗效与中医护理方法.方法:将104例因胸腰椎压缩性骨折便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组各52例.对照组予开塞露纳肛,观察组采用腹部穴位按摩法,包括足三里及上巨墟按揉法.结果:观察组排气排便率高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:腹部穴位按摩治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折引起的便秘腹胀具有实用性和有效性,安全、简便.

목적:탐토복부혈위안마치료흉요추골절환자편비복창적료효여중의호리방법.방법:장104례인흉요추압축성골절편비환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각52례.대조조여개새로납항,관찰조채용복부혈위안마법,포괄족삼리급상거허안유법.결과:관찰조배기배편솔고우대조조(P<0.01).결론:복부혈위안마치료흉요추압축성골절인기적편비복창구유실용성화유효성,안전、간편.
Objective:To investigate the therapy and the nursing method about using point mas-sage to treat the patients who had constipation and abdominal distention caused by thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods:104 patients with constipation caused by the thoracolum-bar vertebral compression fracture were randomly divided into observation group(52cases each) and control group (52cases each). The control group were given enema into anus, while the observation group was performed with point massage including the Zusanli and the Shangjuxu. Results:The ex-haust defecation rate of the observation group is higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclu-sion: Using point massage to treat the patients who had constipation and abdominal distention caused by thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture had practicality and effectiveness.
