名老中医刘秉夫是我国著名的中医骨伤科专家,他在继承经典和家传伤科手法的基础上,结合自己多年的临床经验对手法进行了系统的研究和整理,对伤科手法治疗进行归纳,创立了三指按摩手法,临床治疗往往可以立竿见影,与其他治疗结合更有明显疗效.本文对刘老三指按摩手法治疗伤科的学术思想进行初步探讨,力图窥一斑而见全豹.

Prominent TCM doctor Liu Bingfu was a famous orthopaedics and traumatology pro-fessor of TCM. Combining years of the clinical experience, He studied and organized the technique systematically basis on inheriting the classic and family biography of traumatology technique, sumed up the treatment of traumatology technique, and set up the tri-finger massage. The clinical treatment can get effect instantly, Combining other treatment can get more obvious curative effect. This paper preliminarily probe into the academic idea of the Liu’s tri-finger massage treating trau-matology, and try to see a spot to catch sight of the whole.
