耳鸣是一种临床上极为常见的症状,其治疗方法也很多,刺激经络穴位治疗耳鸣便是其中一种.文章通过对经络穴位治疗耳鸣的原理进行分析,查阅总结近年来经络穴位治疗耳鸣的文献,发现经络穴位治疗耳鸣的方法多样,如穴位注射、针刺、按摩、敷药、压迫、灸法及其综合运用等,均取得了良好的疗效;同时,在文献整理总结的基础上,文章分析了目前经络穴位治疗耳鸣相关研究存在的问题,提出应在研究的设计分析和建立统一的疗效评价标准方面进行改善.

Tinnitus is a common clinical symptom,and it had a lot of therapeutics. One of thera-peutics is stimulating meridian points. This article analyzed the principle of the meridian points ther-apy for tinnitus , looked up and summarized the literatures about the meridian points therapy for tin-nitus in recent years,and found that there are many therapy for tinnitus ,such as point injection, acu-puncture, massage, topical application of drug, compression, moxibustion and its comprehensive ap-plication, ect. All of them have got the good curative effect;meanwhile, on the basis of summing up the literature, this paper analyzed the current problems about the meridian points therapy for tinni-tus, put forward that the study of design and analysis as well as the establishing a unified standard for evaluation of curative effect should be improved.
