静脉穿刺是日常护理中最常用的操作技术之一,但在穿刺过程中若操作失当很容易引起穿刺部位的皮下瘀血,在临床中也比较常见.本文选取1例静脉穿刺致整手背皮下瘀血的病例进行分析,究其原因并探讨其护理措施.经过积极处理后,患者手背瘀血消退明显,护理效果满意.

The venipuncture is one of the most common operating techniques in daily nursing, but in the process of puncture, puncture site ecchymosis would be easily caused if operate improper-ly, which is ofter occurred in clinic. This paper had chosen 1 case of the entire back of the hand ec-chymosis caused by venipuncture, to analyze the cause and investigate the nursing intervention. Af-ter active treatment, the ecchymosis in the back of hand had subsided obviously, and it showed that the nursing efficacy was satisfied.
