目的:探讨循证护理在癌症疼痛护理中的应用.方法:成立循证护理小组,积极查找相关文献资料.利用真实、可靠、实用的证据结合患者实际情况,制定护理计划,实施护理干预措施,解决护理问题.结果:在药物治疗的同时实施循证护理干预后,癌症患者的疼痛均得到有效控制,疼痛有效缓解率达86%.结论:采用循证护理的方法对癌症疼痛病人实施护理是一种科学的、个体化的、有效的方法,可降低癌症病人疼痛的强度,提高患者生活质量.

Objective:To study the application of evidence-based nursing on the nursing of can-cer patients. Methods:To found evidence-based nursing group and actively consult the relative liter-ature data. According to the actual situation of patients, nursing program was established, nursing in-tervention measures were carried out and the problems during nursing were resolved by using real, reliable and applied evidences. Results:After the medication assisted with intervention, the level of the patients’pain was all effectively controlled. The effective relief rate was 86%in the degree of cancer pain. Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing is a scientific, individual and effective method for the nursing of cancer patients. This method can reduce the pain level of cancer patients and im-prove their life quality.
