吕雄教授在糖尿病治疗方面,善于挖掘先人古医籍文献,引入《伤寒论》“本病”与“并病”概念,提出“浊毒瘀滞”既为消渴病发生发展的病因,又为病理产物,和“血郁”的病机概念,通过临床实践总结出“气血肝脾论治法——理气、化浊、祛瘀而治消”的治疗思路.

Lü Xiong professor is adept in studying ancient medical literatures. He introduces concept of“disease”and“complications”from Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases, puts for-ward that“turbidity and poison stasis”is not only the pathogenesis of glycuresis but also the patho-logical product, and comes up with the pathogenesis and concept of blood stagnancy. Through the clinical practice, he summarized the therapy idea of treatment method of qi, blood, liver and spleen——regulating qi, resolving turbidity, removing blood stasis to cure diabetes.
